EES is not a prioty for leducational policy and therefore national and local agreements on this issueare insufficient. There is a lack of a complete up-todate inventory of environmental education in Mexico. Issues such as the fight against poverty and social and economic develonmental have been incorporated in only a limited way in environmental educations projects. The bussines comunity and the media only participate in a limited way in the promotion of and environmental culture. A weak presence of environmental educators in the political sphere and legislatures, and limited iitiatives to strengthen environmental educational laws and norms on a federal, state and municipal. Limited EES theoretical, methodological and oedagogical education of teachers at the differen level of forma levels of formal education and in informal education.

HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.
The HAARP program is committed to developing a world class Ionospheric research facility consisting of: The Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power transmitter facility operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The IRI will be used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere for scientific study. A sophisticated suite of scientific (or diagnostic) instruments that will be used to observe the physical processes that occur in the excited region

THE ABORTION

The risk for the adolescents is thought that when qualifying this type of books, was created more conscience around the prevention of pregnancies nonwished and with this the abortions were avoided, reducing. I. Contestar las siguientes preguntas de acuerdo a la tarea

1. ¿Qué es el aprendizaje basado en proyectos?
El aprendizaje basado en proyectos se enfoca en un problema que hay que solucionar o en una tarea que se debe llevar a cabo. La idea fundamental en la solución de problemas o la realización de tareas es la de que estas se construyen sobre el trabajo que se va a generar a partir del problema o tarea planteada.
Cuando nos enfrentamos a un problema o tarea que constituye un desafío, debemos utilizar el conocimiento, las habilidades, y las ayudas que otras personas han desarrollado, así como nuestro conocimiento, habilidades y las experiencias que tenemos.

2. ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre la educación tradicionalista y la constructivista?
Que la tradicionalista tenía como actor principal al maestro y en la constructivista es el alumno. En la primera lo único que importaba era que los alumnos aprendieran un conocimiento dándoles los conceptos, mientras que en la segunda lo que importa son los procesos que el niño utilice para llegar a dicho conocimiento y se pretende que él mismo sea quien construya sus propios conocimientos a través de sus experiencias, las de sus compañeros y sobre todo con la ayuda del maestro.

3. ¿Cuál es el rol del maestro en la educación tradicionalista y la educación constructivista?
En la tradicionalista es el principal autor, el único que puede hablar y quién “lanza” toda la información al alumno dándole los conceptos y respuestas de todo.
En la constructivista, diseña diversas estrategias que harán que sean los mismos alumnos quienes entre ellos lleguen a las respuestas y conclusiones, es solamente un “guía” que les dirá a los niños por cuál camino pueden ir pero ellos elegirán cómo.

4. ¿Cuál es el rol del alumno en la educación tradicionalista y la constructivista?
En la tradicionalista, el alumno solamente recibía toda la información que le “mandaba el maestro”, no había ningún tipo de comunicación con el porque sólo hablaba el maestro, el niño preguntaba y el maestro le daba las respuestas. Aprendía de manera mecanizada sin saber dónde, cuándo y cómo utilizar dicho conocimiento “adquirido”.
En la constructivista el alumno es el actor principal, él y el maestro tienen una comunicación en la cual los dos toman el papel tanto de emisor como de receptor, el niño pregunta sin embargo él sólo con la ayuda de sus compañeros llega a la respuesta. Permite que el conocimiento adquirido no sea sólo teórico, sino que sea utilizado en su vida cotidiana pudiendo llevarlo a la práctica.

5. ¿Por qué es importante la motivación?
Para que el niño se sienta parte de algo, en este caso parte del grupo, un ser que vale y es importante para los demás y sobre todo para el maestro. La motivación le permitirá al niño que se interese por el trabajo en el aula o en cualquier otro lugar.

6. ¿Por qué es importante socializar el aprendizaje?
Para reforzar el conocimiento adquirido; también es importante que el niño escuche los puntos de vista y las diversas opiniones de sus compañeros para que mediante ellas pueda elaborar sus propias conclusiones y respuestas, y si tenía una idea errónea logre cambiarla de acuerdo a los argumentos de sus compañeros, reflexionando en ella.
